The posting

Bij een ontwikkelaar van duurzame procestechnologie in Alkmaar werk je aan de elektrotechniek en instrumentatie van procesinstallaties. Als Senior E&I Engineer verbind je engineering, projecten en operations: je vertaalt P&ID’s en process safety-input naar uitvoerbare ontwerpen en blijft betrokken tot na de commissioning. Met je kennis van hoog- en laagspanning, instrumentatie en ATEX draag je bij aan veilige installaties, betrouwbare bedrijfsvoering en gerichte technische verbeteringen. Je dagelijkse werk wisselt tussen ontwerpen in AutoCAD, afstemmen met inkoop en constructie en het ondersteunen van operations bij complexe storingen. Je beoordeelt technische keuzes, neemt deel aan veiligheidssessies en helpt onderhoud structureel te verbeteren. Daarbij werk je samen met technische collega’s en leveranciers. Je krijgt ruimte om je kennis van procesveiligheid, slimme automatisering en remote monitoring verder te ontwikkelen en mee te bouwen aan de E&I-organisatie. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van P&ID’s en process safety-input naar E&I-ontwerpen en ontwerpdocumentatie in AutoCAD - Ondersteunen van inkoop en constructie bij leverancierskeuze, offertes, planning en QA/QC - Begeleiden van commissioning en deelnemen aan HAZOP’s, HAZID’s en andere veiligheidssessies - Invullen van de IV/WV-rol voor laagspanningsinstallaties volgens NEN 3140 - Ondersteunen van operations bij tweedelijnsstoringen en installatie-uitval - Verbeteren van het onderhoudssysteem en uitvoeren van inspecties en audits - Uitwerken van verbeteringen in digitalisering, remote monitoring en automatisering Functie-eisen - Je hebt hbo-werk- en -denkniveau en een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, E&I of vergelijkbaar - Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als E&I Engineer en werkt met AutoCAD en E&I-ontwerpdocumentatie - Je kent hoog- en laagspanning, instrumentatie, NEN 3140, NEN 1010, IEC 61511 en ATEX 114 - Je hebt ervaring met een IV/WV-rol en beschikt over VCA-VOL - Je hebt ervaring met of.
