The posting

Bij een offshoreorganisatie in Delft werk je als Senior E&I Engineer aan elektrische en automatiseringssystemen voor schepen en offshore-installaties. Binnen de innovatieafdeling vertaal je energie- en automatiseringsbehoeften naar concrete hardwareontwerpen, van concept tot detailengineering. Je projecten draaien onder meer om nieuwe schepen, hybridisatie van de vloot, modernisering van productieapparatuur en subsea equipment. Daarbij bewaak je de samenhang tussen voeding, instrumentatie en besturing, zodat afzonderlijke subsystemen als één geïntegreerd geheel functioneren. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je ontwerpwerk met componentselectie, technische afstemming en praktische probleemoplossing. Je werkt samen met collega-engineers en installatieteams, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor eigen deelprojecten en ondersteunt de installatie en commissioning aan boord. Daarvoor reis je incidenteel naar schepen en projectlocaties wereldwijd. Je verdiept je verder in maritieme classificatieregels, elektrische systeemintegratie en automatiseringshardware, ondersteund door opleiding en coaching. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen van elektrische en instrumentatiesystemen, van concept tot detailengineering - Analyseren van vermogensbehoeften en eisen aan automatisering - Specificeren en selecteren van hardwarecomponenten voor geïntegreerde E&I-systemen - Begeleiden van installatie en commissioning op schepen en offshoreprojectlocaties - Opsporen van elektrische storingen en doorvoeren van technische optimalisaties - Leiden van deelprojecten en bewaken van technische ontwerpkeuzes - Toetsen van ontwerpen aan relevante normen en maritieme classificatieregels Functie-eisen - Afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding Elektrotechniek - Minimaal zeven jaar ervaring als E&I Engineer of in een vergelijkbare rol - Aantoonbare kennis van Lloyd’s Register- en/of DNV-classificatieregels voor schepen - Ervaring met Siemens- en/of Kongsberg-automatiseringshardware - Praktische ervaring met elekt.
