The posting

Bij een internationaal industrieel bedrijf op een productiesite in Rozenburg werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid van elektrotechnische installaties en instrumentatie. Als Senior E&I Technician voer je periodiek en preventief onderhoud uit en bereid je kleine en grotere onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor. Je controleert de uitvoering, houdt toezicht op werkzaamheden en bewaakt de afstemming met andere disciplines. Bij storingen onderzoek je de oorzaak en bepaal je welke ingreep prioriteit heeft om de impact op de productie te beperken. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je met productie en onderhoud over meetinstrumenten, stuursystemen en de status van werkzaamheden. Je werkt volgens de onderhoudsplanning, maar kunt ook bij onverwachte storingen logisch en zorgvuldig handelen. Je neemt deel aan het wachtsysteem en krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen voor te bereiden. Met gerichte opleiding verdiep je je in instrumentatie, functioneel testen, proceskennis en shutdownvoorbereiding. Functie-inhoud - Periodiek en preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan elektrotechnische installaties en instrumentatie - Kleine en grotere onderhoudswerkzaamheden voorbereiden, controleren en superviseren - Storingen analyseren en verhelpen op basis van meldingen en eigen waarnemingen - Prioriteiten stellen bij gelijktijdige storingen om productiebeperkingen te minimaliseren - Werkzaamheden en instrumentatievraagstukken afstemmen met productie en andere disciplines - Deelnemen aan het wachtsysteem voor het oplossen van storingen Functie-eisen - Een MTS- of LTS-diploma elektrotechniek of instrumentatie, of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring - Praktijkervaring met E&I-onderhoud en storingsanalyse passend bij een seniorrol - Een stapsgewijze, analytische aanpak bij onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen - Duidelijke mondelinge communicatie met collega's uit verschillende disciplines - Zelfstandig en proactief werken, met oog voor de onderhoudsplanning en het team - Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om deel..
