The posting

Bij een producent van bouwproducten in Harderwijk zorg je als senior elektromonteur voor de betrouwbaarheid van een industrieel machinepark dat continu in bedrijf is. Je combineert elektrotechnische storingsdiagnose met kennis van PLC-besturingen, procestechniek en automatische productiesystemen. Daarbij werk je met Siemens S7, PCS7 en SCADA-systemen. Je kijkt verder dan de directe storing: je onderzoekt oorzaken en denkt mee over verbeteringen aan veiligheid, onderhoudbaarheid en bediening. In de dagelijkse praktijk ondersteun je productieploegen, voer je onderhoud en reparaties uit en werk je mee aan nieuwe installaties. Je schakelt met operators en technische collega's om machines veilig terug in bedrijf te nemen en terugkerende problemen aan te pakken. Naast elektrotechniek krijg je te maken met mechanische storingen en installatietechnische werkzaamheden. Je werkt fulltime in ploegendienst, met consignatie en incidenteel zaterdagwerk. Cursussen en opleidingen helpen je jouw vakkennis verder te verdiepen. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen van productieploegen bij technische problemen aan machines en installaties - Lokaliseren en verhelpen van elektrische, mechanische en procestechnische storingen - Analyseren van besturingsproblemen met Siemens S7, PCS7, SCADA en industriële netwerken - Uitvoeren van onderhoud, reparaties en nieuwbouwwerkzaamheden aan machines en gebouwinstallaties - Werken aan installatietechnische voorzieningen voor water, lucht en verwarming - Voorstellen en uitvoeren van verbeteringen voor veiligheid, onderhoud en bedieningsgemak - Veilig en ordelijk werken en zorgvuldig omgaan met gereedschappen en materialen Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding - Enkele jaren relevante ervaring als allround elektromonteur of elektrotechnisch storingsmonteur - Kennis van procestechniek, automatische productiesystemen en besturingstechniek, waaronder S7, PCS7 en SCADA - Kwalificatie NEN..
