Jij zorgt er samen met een hecht team voor dat miljoenen pakketten dagelijks op tijd en veilig de deur uit gaan. Een verantwoordelijke rol waarin jouw inzet direct zichtbaar én voelbaar is. Over de organisatie Je gaat aan de slag bij een wereldwijde speler in de pakketbezorging die slimmer én groener werkt. Denk aan de nieuwste sorteertechnieken en een snelgroeiende vloot van elektrische voertuigen. De werksfeer? Informeel, doelgericht en met veel vertrouwen. Je werkt met moderne systemen in een omgeving waar veiligheid vooropstaat en waar volop ruimte is voor jouw persoonlijke groei. Functieomschrijving Als Senior Employee Operations ben jij de spil en de drijvende kracht op onze werkvloer in Beverwijk. Je coördineert de logistieke processen in het depot en zorgt ervoor dat de pakketstroom vlekkeloos én veilig verloopt. Jouw taken op een rij: - Aansturen & begeleiden: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en collega's, verdeelt de taken en zorgt dat iedereen precies weet wat er moet gebeuren; - Proces & kwaliteit bewaken: Je stuurt op productiviteit, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de pakketstromen en ziet erop toe dat de veiligheidsregels strikt worden nageleefd; - Knelpunten oplossen: Zie je dat een proces vastloopt? Jij grijpt direct in en zorgt voor een snelle, slimme oplossing; - Kennis overdragen: Met jouw enthousiasme werk je nieuwe medewerkers in en help je hen snel op weg; - Analyse & administratie: Je verwerkt operationele gegevens en voer analyses uit om de processen continu te verbeteren.
