Wir suchen für unseren Kunden 1 Senior Entwicklungsingenieur_in / Projekt-Team-Leiter_in

Einsatzort: Graz

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Leitung und Koordination eines interdisziplinären Projektteams

* Bearbeitung von Projekten entlang des gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses - von der Konzeptphase bis zur Bauteilfreigabe

* Verantwortung für die technische Abstimmung von Bauraum- und Designthemen über den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess

* Analyse und Optimierung von Produktlayout und Komponentenintegration unter Berücksichtigung von Technik, Funktion und Design

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design, Entwicklung und weiteren Fachbereichen zur Umsetzung technisch machbarer Lösungen

* Produktfreigaben

* Planung, Moderation und Nachverfolgung technischer Reviews und Freigaben

* Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen

* Koordination technischer Anforderungen und Sicherstellung einer bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

* Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung des Engineering-Teams

* Dokumentation und Berichtwesen

Unsere Anforderungen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder TU) mit Schwerpunkt Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbares

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, Funktionsentwicklung oder Bauteilentwicklung

* Projektmanagementerfahrung von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis für mechatronische Systeme

* Interesse und Verständnis für Fahrzeugtechnikentwicklungen und Gesamtfahrzeugfunktionen

* Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Hands-on-Mentalität

Das übliche Bruttomonatsgehalt für vergleichbare Positionen liegt je nach Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung, und mit vorhandener Berufserfahrung, circa zwischen € 3.800,- und € 5.500,- brutto/Monat, woran man sich auch bei den Verhandlungen zu dieser Position orientieren wird. Bei uns verhandeln Sie persönlich mit unserem Kunden über die Rahmenbedingungen Ihrer Anstellung als auch Ihr zukünftiges Gehaltsniveau.
