Senior Estimator Dagen per week 5 Uren per week 40 Locatie Schiedam Wil jij als Senior Cost Estimator invloed hebben op grote industriële investeringsbeslissingen, al vanaf de vroege projectfase waarin scope, aannames en risico's nog scherp moeten worden gemaakt? Bij KH Engineering werk je aan multidisciplinaire CAPEX-projecten van circa € 1 miljoen tot € 300 miljoen. Je stelt niet alleen ramingen op, maar adviseert klanten ook over uitgangspunten, onzekerheden en de financiële onderbouwing van hun projectbesluiten. WAT BIEDEN WIJ JOU? - Een vaste senior positie met veel zelfstandigheid en ruimte om jouw professionele oordeel volledig in te zetten; - Een inhoudelijke adviesrol waarin je klanten en interne projectteams al in de vroege projectfase adviseert over scope, uitgangspunten, aannames, risico's en onderbouwde investeringskosten; - Multidisciplinaire CAPEX-projecten binnen onder meer procesindustrie, tank terminals, farmacie, voedingsindustrie, circulariteit, duurzaamheid en nieuwe energie; - Zichtbare invloed op de verdere professionalisering van Cost Estimating binnen KH Engineering; - Directe samenwerking met klanten, projectmanagers, engineers en management in Schiedam, Amsterdam en Antwerpen; - Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een pensioenregeling, 13e maand, minimaal 31 vakantiedagen, thuiswerkvergoeding, telefoon van de zaak en opleidingsmogelijkheden; - Hybride werken, flexibele werktijden en een nuchtere, collegiale organisatie met korte lijnen.
