Voor een toonaangevende speler in de internationale logistieke sector in Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Expediteur Zeevracht, ook bekend als Customer Operations Executive, Logistiek Dossierbeheerder, Expediteur Import Export of Client Operations Specialist, die verantwoordelijk is voor het volledige operationele dossierbeheer en het uitbouwen van sterke klantenrelaties.

In deze rol ben jij de brug tussen de klant en de interne operationele diensten. Je beheert dossiers van A tot Z, houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte logistieke dienstverlening. Je werkt in een klein en collegiaal team met flexibele werkuren en 1 dag thuiswerk per week.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Volledig operationeel dossierbeheer van A tot Z binnen het ERP systeem, klaar voor facturatie
  • Opstellen, controleren en opvolgen van transport-, bevrachting- en douanedocumenten
  • Proactief op de hoogte houden van klanten over het verloop van zendingen en dossiers
  • Operationele communicatie voeren met klanten en interne operationele diensten
  • Regelmatig overleggen met Sales collega's over de evolutie van de business
  • Registreren en opvolgen van klantvragen in overleg met de teamleader
  • Optionele verzekeringspolissen in orde brengen met de verzekeringsmakelaar
  • Bachelordiploma in logistiek managementof gelijkwaardig door ervaring in expeditie (import en export), met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring
  • Basiskennis van douaneis noodzakelijk
  • Communicatief sterk, beleefd assertief en uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt
  • Gedreven, klantgericht en een echte teamspeler die openstaat voor veranderingen
  • Administratief sterk en vlot met meerdere ERP systemen, kennis van Navitrans is een groot pluspunt
  • Snel inzicht krijgen in complexe workflows
