Voor onze Finance afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar uitbreiding met een ondernemende: Senior Financial Controller (32-40 uur) Wat ga je doen? Bij FYEO draait alles om zicht en dat geldt ook voor onze financiën. Als Senior Financial Controller bouw jij mee aan een stevige financiële basis die onze ambitieuze groei mogelijk maakt. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Financieel Directeur en zorgt samen voor de verbinding van de financiële afdeling met de internationale groep, andere afdelingen en de verschillende regio's. Samen zorg je ervoor dat interne rapportage-deadlines worden gehaald en aan externe vereisten vanuit (financiële) regelgeving wordt voldaan. Je bent een ervaren financial controller met sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goede kennis van verslaggevingsregels. Met een kritische blik ben je gedreven om processen te verbeteren. Jij weet de vertaalslag te maken van cijfers naar begrijpelijke en bruikbare informatie, zodat de hele organisatie kan meebewegen. Je combineert strategie met uitvoering: van het neerzetten van een heldere financiële organisatie tot het zelf meewerken aan uitdagende projecten.
