Senior Financial Controller - Praxis Amsterdam Wat doe je? Met ruim 330 winkels, meer dan 6.500 medewerkers en activiteiten in Nederland, België en Luxemburg combineert Maxeda een sterke fysieke aanwezigheid met e-commerce. De organisatie heeft een ondernemend karakter en richt zich continu op het verder ontwikkelen van haar formules, winkels en digitale kanalen. Door de omvang, internationale structuur en verdere professionalisering ligt ook binnen Finance een duidelijke focus op betrouwbare rapportage, financiële beheersing en het continu verbeteren van processen en systemen. Om deze ontwikkeling verder vorm te geven, is Maxeda op zoek naar een Senior Financial Controller. Als Senior Financial Controller ben je de rechterhand van de Director Financial Control en een belangrijke schakel binnen de Finance-organisatie van Maxeda. Daarnaast ben je het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor de Financial Controllers. Samen zorgen jullie voor betrouwbare financiële control en reporting van de groep. Je bent beschikbaar voor inhoudelijke vragen, denkt mee bij complexere vraagstukken en bewaakt samen met het team de kwaliteit van de financiële informatie. Hierbij ben je onder andere betrokken bij IFRS 16, managementrapportages, de jaarrekening en externe rapportages. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke financiële sparringpartner binnen de organisatie. Je analyseert financiële ontwikkelingen en helpt management om de juiste conclusies uit de cijfers te trekken. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan ontwikkelingen in omzet, marge, voorraad en werkkapitaal. Je speelt een actieve rol in de planning- en controlcyclus, waaronder het beheren en coördineren van de budgetcyclus.
