Voor een organisatie binnen de publieke sector zoeken wij een Senior Financieel Adviseur. In deze functie adviseer je verschillende teams binnen het fysieke domein over financiële vraagstukken en draag je bij aan een solide financiële bedrijfsvoering. Je werkt onder andere voor teams op het gebied van Civiel, Grondzaken en Programma's & Projecten. Volledige omschrijving: Als Senior Financieel Adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële advisering binnen jouw aandachtsgebieden. Je werkt nauw samen met budgethouders en teammanagers en houdt voortdurend zicht op de financiële voortgang. Je analyseert financiële ontwikkelingen, signaleert afwijkingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete adviezen en mogelijke bijsturing. Daarnaast lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de Planning & Control-cyclus en ondersteun je de financiële onderbouwing van voorstellen richting management en bestuur. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren van budgethouders en teammanagers over uiteenlopende financiële vraagstukken; - Bewaken van de financiële voortgang van budgetten en analyseren van afwijkingen; - Achterhalen van oorzaken van financiële afwijkingen en adviseren over mogelijke bijsturing; - Beoordelen van plannen en voorstellen op financiële gevolgen, risico's en dekking; - Vertalen van financiële informatie en regelgeving naar duidelijke en concrete adviezen; - Opstellen van financiële paragrafen en onderbouwingen voor besluitvorming; - Bijdragen aan de Planning & Control-cyclus, waaronder begrotingen, rapp...
