Senior Financieel Medewerker - 32 uur - Rotterdam Wat je gaat doen Wil jij jouw financiële expertise inzetten in een inspirerende omgeving in het hart van Rotterdam? Als senior financieel medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratie van vier buitenlandse B.V.'s. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met projectadministratie, de jaarafsluiting en het verwerken van mutaties in de personeelsadministratie, waaronder het aanmelden van medewerkers bij de verzekering. Ook speel je een rol in het begeleiden en coachen van medior collega's. Kortom: een veelzijdige functie. Daarnaast hou je je bezig met: - Afloop van tussenrekeningen; - Tijdige boeking van financiële transacties op jaareinde, waaronder onderhanden werk voor het opstellen van de conceptjaarrekening; - Het voeren van de salarisadministratie met hulp van een externe administrateur (jij levert de salarismutaties aan); - De BTW aangiftes; - Dividendbetalingen- en aangiften en -brieven/ Je werkt ook nauw samen met de medior financieel medewerker van jouw venture(s). Hierbij heb je ook een coachende rol. Daarnaast heb je een aanjagersrol bij het doen van verbetervoorstellen met betrekking tot de administratieve organisatie en interne controle. Naast dat je het aanspreekpunt bent voor de directies van de verschillende ventures, ben je ook het aanspreekpunt voor de externe accountant. Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale consultancy organisatie. Er wordt gewerkt aan uitdagende projecten die verandering teweegbrengen en waarbij samenwerking centraal staat. Onze opdrachtgever geeft meer dan alleen een gedegen advies. Zij ondersteunen hun klanten ook graag in de verdere implementatie en uitvoering van projecten. Zij vervullen hierbij vaak een verbindende rol als vertrouwde en onafhankelijke derde waarbij alle betrokken partijen doorlopend van de juiste informatie en concrete voorstellen worden voorzien.
