(Senior) Freight Forwarder Project Logistics - Rotterdam Vacature (Senior) Freight Forwarder Project Logistics Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar enthousiaste Freight Forwarders met ervaring in Project Logistiek die het verschil willen gaan maken in een grote logistieke organisatie. In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en administratieve uitvoering van het gehele logistieke proces voor import en export zendingen en de complexe project gerelateerde zendingen. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige logistieke coördinatie waarbij je zorgt voor de operationele en administratieve afhandeling van Import en Export zendingen van verschillende klanten - Je zal complexe project gerelateerde opdrachten coördineren en uitvoeren - Je maakt en verstrekt offertes voor spot aanvragen - Je bouwt sterke relaties op met onze klanten en onderhoudt deze zorgvuldig - Je pakt zelfstandig mails en orders op en zorgt dat alle zaken soepel verlopen - Je factureert je eigen opdrachten en houdt overzicht over je eigen werk Vereisten: - Minimaal MBO+ opleiding/ werk-denkniveau - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke Freight Forwarding functie - Goede kennis van expeditie processen en documenten op Import en Exportgebied en exceptionele ladingen (leverancierscondities, inco terms, basis douanewetgeving, tarieven, OOG lading, etc.) - Aantoonbare kennis van Project Logistiek is een pre - Goede kennis van MS Office applicaties en IT-systemen (transport, WHM, internal orders, PO's) die binnen de expeditie gebruikt worden. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschift. - Je bent een klantgerichte, zelfstandig werkende teamplayer met goed ontwikkelde communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn/haar project.
