Binnen korte tijd doorgroeien naar een Team Lead-rol. Werk je graag in een internationale organisatie waar Nederlandse financiële regelgeving samenkomt met een Amerikaanse bedrijfscultuur? Dan komen we graag met je in contact. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen uitvoeren. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner binnen het team, neemt collega's mee in verbeteringen en durft beslissingen te nemen. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en helpt de finance afdeling naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Je bent iemand die van nature verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Mensen luisteren naar je zonder dat je formeel leiding hoeft te geven. Je durft collega's aan te spreken, houdt overzicht en bent niet bang om beslissingen te nemen. Daarnaast beschik je over: - HBO of WO opleiding in Finance, Accountancy of Finance & Control; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Financial Accountant, GL Accountant of vergelijkbare functie; - Sterke kennis van Dutch GAAP/RJ; - Ervaring met audits, compliance en statutory reporting; - Ervaring met Nederlandse belasting- en salarisprocessen; - Ruime ervaring met grootboekbeheer, reconciliaties en periodieke afsluitingen; - AA-, RA-, ACCA-opleiding (of hiermee bezig) is een pre; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands...
