Waar bent u naar op zoek? - Senior Handhaver Haarlem VTHUren per week 32 - 36 Dit ga je doen - Je bent samen met jouw collega's verantwoordelijk voor de leefbaarheid en de aanpak van overlast in Haarlem. Je bent hiervoor het visitekaartje en aanspreekpunt voor inwoners, ondernemers, interne en externe partners. - Je geeft uitvoering aan het behalen van de gestelde doelen van het actieprogramma Veiligheid en Handhaving en rapporteert over de voortgang. - Je bent pro actief en werkt samen met jouw collega coördinatoren en senioren die werkzaam zijn in Haarlem en Zandvoort aan de doorontwikkeling van het handhavingsteam. - Je werkzaamheden voer je voor ongeveer 80% in uniform op straat uit en voor 20% in uniform op kantoor. - Je hebt ervaring met het toezicht en adviseren op de handhavingsthema's in brede zin, zowel thema als wijkgericht. - Je werkt samen met de coördinator handhaving en hebt een actieve voortrekkersrol bij handhaving in een werkgebied. - Je adviseert en coacht de handhavers op inhoud, kwaliteit en gedrag en adviseert de coördinator en teammanager handhaving ten behoeve van personeelsgesprekken. - Je wordt als senior handhaver ingezet bij evenementen zoals de Kerstmarkt en Bevrijdingspop. - Je werkt onregelmatige diensten, inclusief avonddiensten, weekenden, zo nu en dan ook nachtdiensten, en zon- en feestdagen.
