The posting

Bij een technisch engineeringbureau in Groningen ontwerp je de elektrotechnische hardware voor maatwerkbesturingen en mechatronische systemen in de machinebouw en procesindustrie. Als Senior Hardware Engineer Industriële Automatisering overzie je het traject van concept tot basis- en detailengineering. Je vertaalt functionele eisen naar bedieningspaneelschema’s en bijbehorende documentatie, met aandacht voor veiligheid, maakbaarheid en de besturing van onder meer kleppen en motoren. Je werkt zelfstandig of samen met collega’s aan interne projecten en op locatie bij klanten. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je schema’s uit in EPLAN, toets je ontwerpen tijdens tests en stem je technische keuzes af met software engineers en de projectleider. Je begeleidt junior engineers en helpt projecturen realistisch in te schatten en te plannen. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om je vakkennis te verdiepen, nieuwe ontwerpideeën in te brengen en je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de industriële automatisering. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen van bedieningspaneelschema’s voor machines en procesinstallaties - Uitwerken van concepten naar basis- en detailengineering in EPLAN - Opstellen en bijhouden van de technische documentatie bij je ontwerpen - Uitvoeren van tests op locatie om de ontworpen schakelingen te toetsen - Afstemmen van hardwarekeuzes met software engineers, andere disciplines en de projectleiding - Begeleiden van junior engineers en beoordelen van technische uitwerkingen - Inschatten en plannen van projecturen voor hardware-engineering Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting - Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring met elektrotechnische engineering - Je hebt ruime ervaring met EPLAN Electric P8 2024–2026 en EPLAN Pro Panel - Je hebt kennis van veiligheid en ruime ervaring met de ISA-88-standaard - Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en Engels - Je schakelt soepel tussen werkzaamheden en werkt.
