Dan is deze rol bij 1BOX Self-Storage perfect voor jou. 1BOX Self-Storage is een dynamische en snelgroeiende aanbieder van opslagruimtes in Nederland. Met vestigingen op zichtbare en goed bereikbare locaties door het hele land bedienen wij zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten. In slechts vijf jaar tijd zijn we gegroeid van 2 naar 29 locaties, en we verwachten dat dit groeitempo zal aanhouden. Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Amsterdam en ons team bestaat uit circa 35 medewerkers. Binnen 1BOX heerst een no-nonsense cultuur: we zeggen wat we doen en doen wat we zeggen. We hechten veel waarde aan humor, teamspirit en een pragmatische instelling. Bij 1BOX staat de klant altijd centraal. We streven naar customer excellence , waarbij de klantreis voor opslag een belangrijk uitgangspunt vormt in alles wat we doen. We omarmen innovatie en zetten continu verbeteringen door om de klantbeleving en de operationele processen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Binnen het Virtueel District stuur je als Assistent Store Manager meerdere 1BOX-vestigingen op afstand aan. Vanuit ons kantoor in Amsterdam fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, begeleid je het volledige verhuurproces en zorg je ervoor dat alle administratieve en commerciële processen soepel verlopen. - Telefonisch en digitaal adviseren van klanten en leads opvolgen - Op afstand rondleidingen coördineren en opslagruimtes verhuren - Offertes opstellen, klantvragen afhandelen en opvolging verzorgen - Ondersteunen bij debiteurenbeheer, betalingen en voorraadadministratie - Proactief meedenken over het verbeteren van processen en klantbeleving - Onderhouden van contact me...
