Als senior HR-adviseur bij Oreon Health & Care help je vier zorgorganisaties hun HR verder te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Als senior HR-adviseur bij Oreon Health & Care werk je voor vier zorgorganisaties binnen de jeugdhulp, GGZ, Wmo en ouderenzorg. Deze organisaties groeien, werken steeds meer samen en ontwikkelen zich verder. Jij helpt HR daarin mee te ontwikkelen en bent sparringpartner voor directie en management. Je schakelt tussen strategische organisatievraagstukken en dagelijkse HR-thema's. In het eerste jaar ligt de focus op het in kaart brengen van HR-risico's, het verder professionaliseren van HR en het op elkaar afstemmen van processen en beleid. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je adviseert directie en management over HR- en organisatievraagstukken. - Je ontwikkelt, verbetert en voert HR-beleid in. - Je analyseert HR-data en vertaalt deze naar concrete adviezen en stuurinformatie. - Je adviseert over verzuim, duurzame inzetbaarheid en strategische personeelsplanning. - Je ondersteunt bij organisatieontwikkeling en veranderingen. - Je stemt HR-processen en werkwijzen binnen de vier organisaties op elkaar af. - Je werkt samen met externe partijen, zoals arbodiensten, opleidingspartners en recruitmentpartners. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week en in overleg krijg je de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken. Wat bieden we jou?
