Voor een zorgorganisatie in Midden-Brabant zoeken wij een Senior HR Adviseur die leidinggevenden adviseert, complexe dossiers begeleidt en bijdraagt aan duurzame inzetbaarheid. Hybride werken mogelijk, 24 uur per week. Functieomschrijving Als Senior HR Adviseur ga je aan de slag binnen een maatschappelijke zorgorganisatie in Midden-Brabant. Jij bent de strategische sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en management op het gebied van HR. De nadruk ligt op verzuimbegeleiding, duurzame inzetbaarheid en het adviseren bij arbeidsrechtelijke kwesties. Je pakt complexe personeelsdossiers met vertrouwen aan en ondersteunt bij organisatieontwikkeling. Op een gemiddelde werkdag adviseer je leidinggevenden over verzuim en re-integratietrajecten (spoor 1 en 2), signaleer en analyseer je trends in personeelsvraagstukken, en werk je samen met bedrijfsartsen, casemanagers en andere interne en externe specialisten. Je bewaakt de voortgang van complexe casuïstiek, bouwt dossiers zorgvuldig op en vertaalt HR-beleid naar praktische oplossingen. Daarnaast fungeer je als sparringpartner voor je HR-collega's en het management. Draag jij graag bij aan een organisatie waar medewerkers centraal staan en wil je jouw expertise inzetten voor een maatschappelijk relevant doel?
