Als Senior HR Adviseur ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden en management op uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het borgen en verder ontwikkelen van HR-processen en levert een actieve bijdrage aan organisatieontwikkeling, compliance en beleidsvorming. Je beschikt over brede kennis van HR, arbeidsrecht, payroll-processen en arbeidsvoorwaarden en weet deze expertise praktisch toe te passen binnen een organisatie die continu in beweging is. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en het toepassen van relevante wet- en regelgeving; - Het begeleiden van verzuim-, functioneren-, ontwikkel- en arbeidsrelatietrajecten; - Het verder professionaliseren en optimaliseren van HR-processen en systemen; - Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-beleid en procedures; - Het coördineren van recruitmentactiviteiten en onboardings processen; - Het beheren en optimaliseren van secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Het fungeren als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor de HR- en Payroll-afdeling; Over het bedrijf Sinds 1968 is Nettorama een vertrouwde naam in de Nederlandse supermarktwereld.
