Je gebruikt actuele ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied en best practices als uitgangspunt en richt je vooral op oplossingen die de organisatie en medewerkers echt verder helpen. Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het personeels en de organisatie en weet deze te vertalen naar wat Brentano en haar medewerkers nodig hebben. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid om buiten de gebaande paden te denken en maatwerk te leveren wanneer een situatie om verandering vraagt. Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt, is de afwisseling en de menselijke kant van het werk. Omdat je werkt vanuit onze zorglocatie én de hele staf op één gang past, sta je in direct contact met de werkvloer, leidinggevenden en collega-stafafdelingen. Je staat daardoor dicht bij de dagelijkse praktijk en schakelt gemakkelijk met leidinggevenden en collega's binnen andere ondersteunende diensten. Je kunt gemakkelijk binnenlopen bij Financiën, Facilitair of de directie. Daardoor bouw je een waardevol netwerk op en zie je dagelijks wat jouw inzet oplevert voor de zorg en de mensen voor wie we het uiteindelijk doen. Daarnaast kom je terecht in een klein en betrokken M&O-team van drie HR-professionals waarin collega's nauw samenwerken, kennis delen en elkaar ondersteunen. De lijnen zijn kort, waardoor je veel ruimte krijgt om mee te denken, initiatief te nemen, knopen door te hakken en projecten zelf van A tot Z te realiseren. Wat krijg je van on...
