Jouw uitdaging Als Senior HR Business Partner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de HR-strategie binnen Nederland. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap, talentmanagement, performance management en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. Je bent een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor het management en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden - Strategisch adviseren en coachen van managers en directie op het gebied van organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap en personeelsvraagstukken. - Begeleiden van complexe arbeidsrechtelijke dossiers, reorganisaties en verandertrajecten. - Verantwoordelijk voor verzuimmanagement en duurzame inzetbaarheid, inclusief begeleiding van complexe re-integratietrajecten. - Onderhouden van de relatie met de Ondernemingsraad en begeleiden van advies- en instemmingstrajecten conform de WOR. - Implementeren en bewaken van HR-processen op het gebied van performance management, talentmanagement, succession planning en ontwikkeling. - Analyseren van HR-data en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven. - Ondersteunen van recruitment voor sleutelposities en bijdragen aan employer branding. - Leiden van regionale en internationale HR-projecten in samenwerking met collega's binnen Europa. - Stimuleren van een positieve, inclusieve en resultaatgerichte cultuur.
