ID:7475-90791 De organisatie: Voor een internationaal technisch ontwikkelbedrijf in de regio Rijswijk zoek ik een Senior HR Business Partner. Je kunt de organisatie een beetje zien als een ASML binnen een specifieke niche in de gezondheidszorg. Ze ontwikkelen complexe machines en software voor een markt waarin veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid voor patiënten ontzettend belangrijk zijn. De technologie wordt grotendeels in eigen huis ontwikkeld en internationaal gebruikt. Het is inhoudelijk een bijzondere omgeving. Je werkt niet bij een standaard productiebedrijf, maar tussen software developers, hardware engineers en andere technische specialisten die samen producten ontwikkelen die uiteindelijk bijdragen aan veiligere zorg. De organisatie bestaat uit ongeveer 115 medewerkers, is internationaal en behoorlijk nuchter. Geen dikke managementlagen of formeel gedoe. De lijnen zijn kort, mensen kennen elkaar en collega's lopen makkelijk bij elkaar binnen. De functie: Je vormt samen met één andere HR collega het HR team en krijgt een brede senior positie binnen de organisatie. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor management en leidinggevenden, maar staat tegelijkertijd dicht bij de medewerkers. De ene dag adviseer je over organisatieontwikkeling of beloning, de andere dag pak je een arbeidsrechtelijk vraagstuk, verzuimdossier of recruitmentproces op. Qua persoonlijkheid zoeken we iemand die makkelijk contact maakt, energie meebrengt en ook gewoon leuk is om mee samen te werken.
