Door onze verdere ontwikkeling in Nederland en België, de integratie van Ricardo Rail en de implementatie van Oracle en ADP staan we aan de vooravond van een belangrijke volgende fase. Daarom zoeken wij een ervaren Senior HR Business Partner die niet alleen adviseert, maar ook richting geeft, uitdaagt en impact maakt. Business Partnering & Organisatieontwikkeling Als Senior HR Business Partner ben je de strategische HR-partner voor één of meerdere Business Units. Je adviseert managers en senior leiders gevraagd én ongevraagd over organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap, talentmanagement, performance en arbeidsrelaties. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het adviseren en coachen van management en leiders. - Het begeleiden van organisatieveranderingen en groei-initiatieven. - Het optreden als trusted advisor bij complexe HR-vraagstukken. - Het ondersteunen van leiders bij het bouwen van sterke en toekomstbestendige teams. - Het realiseren van de HR-agenda binnen jouw Business Unit(s). Change & Leadership Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij het begeleiden van verandering en het versterken van een high-performance cultuur. Je richt je hierbij op: - Verandertrajecten en organisatieontwikkeling. - Leiderschapsontwikkeling en coaching. - Het stimuleren van eigenaarschap, continue feedback en ontwikkeling. - Complexe arbeidsrelaties en employee relations vraagstukken. - Het verbeteren van de medewerkerervaring binnen de organisatie. Coaching & HR Leadership Naast jouw verantwoordelijkheid richting de business draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het HR-team. Concreet betekent dit: - Het coachen en begeleiden van HR Adviseurs. - Het delen van kennis en best practices. - Het fungeren als sparringpartner voor de Head of HR ...
