Senior HR-medewerker Vacature 24/32/40 UUR PER WEEK Amsterdam Heb jij meerdere jaren ervaring binnen HR en weet je hoe je ervoor zorgt dat personeelszaken tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn? Krijg je energie van een combinatie van HR-administratie, contact met collega's en het verder professionaliseren van HR-processen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Van Rossum groeit en ontwikkelt snel. Dat betekent ook dat onze HR-afdeling voortdurend in beweging is. We zoeken daarom een ervaren HR-medewerker die zelfstandig kan werken, overzicht houdt en graag bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van onze HR-processen. In deze functie krijg je een breed takenpakket en ben je betrokken bij verschillende onderdelen van de employee journey. Je zorgt dat de basis goed staat, bent een aanspreekpunt voor collega's en leidinggevenden en denkt actief mee over hoe we onze HR-processen verder kunnen verbeteren. Wat ga jij doen? Als HR-medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan operationele HR-werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze HR-administratie klopt, processen soepel verlopen en collega's weten waar ze terechtkunnen met hun vragen. Daarnaast ben je aanwezig bij de meer alledaagse HR-gesprekken, werk je mee aan verschillende HR-projecten en onderhoud je contact met externe partijen. Zo combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een praktische en betrokken rol binnen onze organisatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het zelfstandig uitvoeren en bewaken van de volledige HR-administratie. We werken met NMBRS; - het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, brieven en andere HR-documenten; - het verwerken en controleren van personeelsgegevens en mutaties, en het aanleveren van de salarisadministratie; - beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden, en het bieden van een luisterend oor; - het verzorgen van een fijne start bij nieuwe medewerkers, begeleiden en administratief ondersteunen van het onboardingproc...
