Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen verschillende belangen en weet verbinding te maken - met medewerkers, leidinggevenden, ondernemingsraad en externe partners. Jij bent iemand die vertrouwen opbouwt, luistert en richting geeft. Jouw rol en impact Als Senior HR Professional ben je een betrokken sparringpartner en adviseur voor management én medewerkers. Je combineert operationele slagkracht met strategisch inzicht en draagt bij aan een werkomgeving waar mensen zich kunnen ontwikkelen en prettig samenwerken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen en toepassen van HR-beleid dat past bij de organisatie én de medewerkers - Het signaleren van HR-vraagstukken en deze vertalen naar duurzame oplossingen - Adviseren van leidinggevenden én medewerkers over organisatie- en personeelsvraagstukken - Begeleiden van de volledige employee journey: van instroom tot uitstroom - Coördineren en beheren van het payrollproces en bijbehorende personeelsadministratie en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers - Samenwerken met de ondernemingsraad en bijdragen aan een constructieve medezeggenschap - Een actieve rol nemen in het nieuwe pensioenplan - een belangrijk en impactvol project - Verzorgen van heldere HR-rapportages en inzichten voor stakeholders - Wagenparkbeheer (auto's en fietsen) als onderdeel van het bredere takenpakket Een dag als Senior HR Professional bij ZF in Delfgauw Als Senior HR Professional is geen dag hetzelfde.
