Het betreft het brede pallet aan HRM onderwerpen, zowel in-, door- als uitstroom voor jouw eigen klantengroep bestaande uit veel hoog opgeleide professionals. De organisatie is innovatief, zeer vooruitstrevend , sterk in beweging (maatschappelijke betrokkenheid staat hoog in het vaandel, evenals duurzaamheid, omvang ca. 2.500 mw., meerdere vestigingen). Je gaat deel uitmaken van een professioneel, collegiaal, gedreven HR team. De organisatie is onderscheidend in de markt, met vooruitstrevende kwalitatief hoogwaardige dienstverlening, sterk internationale exposure en up-to-date technologie, biedt veel ruimte en vrijheid. Jij bent creatief, ondernemend, verbindt, schakelt makkelijk van operationeel, naar tactische en strategisch niveau en weer terug. Dit betekent ook dat je verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en zo nodig buiten de gebaande paden gaat om je resultaten te behalen. Het profiel: - Bachelor+/Master opleiding (HRM, Business, Social Sciences or related) - vanaf ca. 5 jaar ervaring als HR Adviseur, Business Partner in een dynamische professionele werkomgeving, ervaring met projecten en change - je bent een kei in je vak, schuwt een stukje HR operatie niet en bent op de hoogte van de actuele trends, ontwikkelingen, incl. wet- en regelgeving - zelfstarter, verbinder, creatief, organisatiesensitief, ondernemend, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden - resultaat- en klantgericht, kwaliteitsbesef - 'multi tasking'...
