Bij een technisch installatiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in gebouwautomatisering zorg je dat complexe gebouwgebonden installaties betrouwbaar en energiezuinig functioneren. Als Senior Inbedrijfsteller stel je zelfstandig gebouwbeheersystemen en regeltechnische installaties in bedrijf. Je test de werking van HVAC-regelingen, analyseert afwijkingen en optimaliseert de samenhang tussen besturing en installatie. Daarbij bewaak je de technische kwaliteit en begeleid je projecten richting een goed onderbouwde oplevering. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met engineers, monteurs en projectleiders en stem je technische keuzes af met de opdrachtgever. Je onderzoekt storingen, legt testresultaten vast en geeft beheerders uitleg over de bediening en werking van hun installatie. Ook coach je junior en medior collega's tijdens de inbedrijfstelling. Met opleidingen en steeds complexere regeltechnische vraagstukken kun je je expertise verder verdiepen en je rol als technisch aanspreekpunt versterken. Functie-inhoud - Zelfstandig gebouwbeheersystemen en regeltechnische installaties in bedrijf stellen - HVAC-regelingen testen, analyseren en optimaliseren - Complexe storingen onderzoeken en oplossen, ook tijdens garantie en nazorg - Inbedrijfstellingswerkzaamheden coördineren met engineers, monteurs, projectleiders en opdrachtgevers - Junior en medior collega's begeleiden en coachen - Testprotocollen, rapportages en opleverdocumentatie opstellen - Beheerders en eindgebruikers instrueren over bediening en werking Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde technische opleiding op mbo 4- of hbo-niveau - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met gebouwautomatisering, meet- en regeltechniek of gebouwbeheersystemen - Je kent HVAC-installaties en begrijpt de bijbehorende regeltechnische processen - Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig inbedrijfstellen van complexe technische installaties - Je communiceert helder en adviseert collega's en opdrachtgevers vanuit je technische expertise - Je beschik.
