Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen interne teams en externe partijen en zorgt dat het inkoopproces soepel en zorgvuldig verloopt. Je werkt in een hecht team van vier inkoopadviseurs en bent minimaal twee dagen per week op kantoor aanwezig. Beschikbaar voor 32-40 uur per week ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof. Jouw rol omvat de volgende werkzaamheden: - Adviseert interne collega's over inkoop en aanbestedingsprocedures en beantwoordt vragen vanuit de organisatie; - Begeleidt zelfstandig alle soorten aanbestedingen van begin tot eind, inclusief het opstellen van aanbestedingsdocumenten; - Vormt de verbindende schakel tussen interne afdelingen en externe leveranciers en marktpartijen; - Borgt dat het inkoopproces soepel verloopt en voldoet aan wet- en regelgeving en interne procedures; - Ondersteunt gebruikers bij het toepassen van inkoopapplicaties zoals Ultimo, Djuma en TenderNed en werkt daarbij nauw samen met het team op kantoor. Om succesvol te zijn in deze positie beschik je over het volgende: - Je bent een communicatief sterke teamspeler die goed samenwerkt en verbinding maakt met collega's en externe partijen; - Je beschikt over ruime ervaring van aanbestedingen in de particuliere sector; - Je werkt accuraat, hebt een proactieve houding en oog voor de belangen van het waterschap; - Je beschikt over hbo-werk en/of denkniveau in een relevante richting; - Je bent 32 tot 40 uur per week besc...
