VAC.1761MIF Je gaat aan de slag als Senior Inkoopadviseur binnen een kennisintensieve organisatie waar je een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de verdere professionalisering van de inkoop- en aanbestedingsfunctie. In deze rol begeleid je complexe inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten en adviseer je interne stakeholders over rechtmatige en doelmatige inkoopprocessen. Je brengt verschillende belangen samen en zorgt dat inkooptrajecten zorgvuldig, compliant en toekomstgericht worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij heb je nadrukkelijk oog voor maatschappelijk verantwoord en duurzaam inkopen. Wat ga je doen - Je stelt inkoopstrategieën en aanbestedingsdocumenten op. - Je leidt complexe, waaronder Europese, aanbestedingen en selectieprocedures. - Je waarborgt rechtmatigheid, compliance en naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Je draagt zorg voor maatschappelijk verantwoord en duurzaam inkopen. - Je adviseert interne stakeholders zelfstandig, onafhankelijk en professioneel. Over jou - Je bent een senior professional met een zelfstandige, resultaatgerichte en samenwerkingsgerichte werkhouding. - Je beschikt over een analytische blik, organisatiesensitiviteit en overtuigingskracht. - Je weet verschillende belangen samen te brengen in een dynamische organisatieomgeving. - Je communiceert uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Eisen - Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met een relevante inkoopopleiding zoals een NEVI-diploma of gelijkwaardig. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als senior inkoopadviseur. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met complexe inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten. - Je hebt gedegen kennis van aanbestedingswetgeving en relevante inkoopprocessen. - Je beschikt over stevige adviesvaardigheid en bent in staat om zelfstandig, onafhankelijk en professioneel advies uit te brengen.
