Je werkt in een betrokken en deskundig team, waarin samenwerking, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Daarnaast is er ruimte voor een goede werk-privébalans, onder andere door hybride werken. In deze rol ben jij een inhoudelijke en adviserende sparringpartner voor de organisatie. Met jouw kennis van (Europese) aanbestedingen, wet- en regelgeving en marktontwikkelingen zorg je voor zorgvuldige, rechtmatige en toekomstbestendige inkoopoplossingen. Wat ga je doen? Het zwaartepunt van jouw functie ligt bij het begeleiden en uitvoeren van (complexe) Europese aanbestedingstrajecten. Jij bent voor interne opdrachtgevers een professionele adviseur en voor collega's een inhoudelijke vraagbaak. Door jouw ervaring ben je tevens sparringpartner voor de teamleider en lever je actief input voor de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van de inkoopfunctie binnen de Rechtspraak. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen interne stakeholders en (potentiële) leveranciers en weet belangen zorgvuldig te verbinden. Daarbij houd je altijd oog voor rechtmatigheid, doelmatigheid, marktontwikkelingen en duurzaamheid. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - het adviseren over en begeleiden van (complexe) aanbestedingstrajecten; - het opstellen van programma's van eisen en gunningscriteria in samenwerking met interne stakeholders en materiedeskundigen; - het samenstellen van aanbestedingsdocumenten en begeleiden van beoordelingsprocedures; - het onderhouden van een netwerk binnen en buiten het LDCR om dr...
