Samen werken we aan "goed leven met zorg". Jouw rol als Senior Inkoopadviseur In deze senior rol bij Adjust ben je een ervaren sparringpartner binnen Zorg & Welzijn. Dagelijks houd je je bezig met vraagstukken die gekenmerkt worden door strategische complexiteit, verandering en grote maatschappelijke impact. Je adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd op directieniveau en brengt specialistische marktkennis in. Je deinst er niet voor terug om de mouwen op te stropen en de adviezen die je geeft ook zelf succesvol te implementeren. Naast de strategische koers pak je net zo makkelijk de dagelijkse inkooppraktijk op. Vanuit jouw expertise leid je projecten die variëren van zorggerelateerde dossiers (zoals zorghulpmiddelen) tot ICT-vraagstukken, facilitaire zaken en HRM-dossiers. Je communiceert moeiteloos met stakeholders op alle niveaus: van de Raad van Bestuur en zorgmanagement tot HR-managers en contractmanagers. Je overziet het geheel, herkent strategische kansen en creëert aantoonbare meerwaarde door simpelweg resultaat te leveren. Jouw werkwijze kenmerkt zich door natuurlijk leiderschap, eigenaarschap, inventiviteit en een gezonde dosis authenticiteit.
