Als Senior Inkoper bij TVM verzekeringen adviseer en begeleid je senior management bij strategische inkooptrajecten en draag je bij aan een professioneel, rechtmatig en toekomstbestendig inkoopproces. Afdeling: TVM Locatie: Hoogeveen Werkuren: 38 Salaris: minimaal € 4.952,83 en maximaal € 7.075,47 Wat ga je doen als Senior Inkoper? Als Senior Inkoper ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor senior management, interne klanten en leveranciers bij complexe inkoopvraagstukken. Je adviseert, begeleidt en ondersteunt bij strategische en hoog complexe inkooptrajecten, waarbij je rekening houdt met contractwaarde, leveringsrisico's, wet- en regelgeving en de strategische waarde voor TVM. Je onderhandelt over (raam)contracten, legt afspraken zorgvuldig vast en zorgt dat contracten voldoen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving, zoals Wft, AVG en DORA. Ook bewaak je de naleving van contractafspraken, evalueert prestaties en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarnaast lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan rapportages, beoordelingsmatrices en procesoptimalisatie. Je analyseert onder meer spend-, account- en stakeholdersrapportages, signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en leidt verbeterprojecten rondom processen en inkooptooling. Ook begeleid en coach je minder ervaren inkopers. Je deelt jouw kennis met het team, helpt collega's groeien in het vak en draagt zo bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling Inkoop. Het Inkoop team Je komt te werken binnen het team Inkoop, onderdeel van Services. Het team zorgt voor het marktconform inkopen van goederen en diensten, in lijn met de wensen en eisen van de organisatie en binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
