Daarvoor hebben we inkopers nodig die vooruitkijken, structuur brengen en samen met collega's slimme keuzes maken. Als Senior Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen inkoopcategorie. In deze rol breng je structuur aan in onze inkoopstrategie én zorg je voor de uitvoering. Met collega's, leveranciers en stakeholders bouw je aan duurzame oplossingen voor de stad. Jouw werk Je krijgt veel ruimte om het inkoopproces naar jouw inzicht in te richten en te verbeteren. We zoeken inkopers voor de volgende categorieën: - Vloot - instandhouding van metro's, trams en bussen en werkplaatsinrichting - Algemeen - Marketing, communicatie, P&O, facilitair, juridische en overige ondersteunende diensten - Infra - Energievoorziening, rails, bovenleidingen, technische installaties en onderhoudsdiensten Wat je doet: - Je bereidt (Europese) aanbestedingen voor en voert ze uit - Je stelt lange termijn plannen op voor jouw categorie - Je brengt de interne behoefte in kaart en vertaalt die naar inkoopoplossingen - Je voert leveranciers- en contractmanagement uit - Je richt processen in volgens SQLTC en duurzaam inkopen Je schakelt dagelijks met afdelingen binnen de RET, en bent regelmatig op onze onderhoudslocaties te vinden. Hier zie je direct waar jouw werk impact heeft: op goed werkend materieel, infrastructuur en een organisatie die vooruit wil. Je komt terecht in een deskundig inkoopteam van zo'n 17 collega's, onderdeel van de bredere afdeling Supply Chain Management. In totaal werken er zo'n 35 mensen in deze keten, verdeeld over vijf locaties. De samenwerking is informeel, behulpzaam en oplossingsgericht. We helpen elkaar vooruit, ook over de grenze...
