Wir mit Dir! Du mit Uns! Werde Teil Österreichs Nr. 1 für traumhafte Schlafqualität. 1 Senior Instandhaltungstechniker (m/w/d) Unsere Produktionsanlagen sind das Herzstück unseres Unternehmens. Um eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die technisches Know-how mit praktischer Umsetzungskraft verbindet. Im Mittelpunkt steht bei uns nicht die reine Organisation im Hintergrund, sondern die aktive Mitarbeit an der Anlage. Wir suchen jemanden, der Verantwortung übernimmt, selbst mit anpackt und sein Wissen im Tagesgeschäft an ein kleines Instandhaltungsteam weitergibt. Wenn du technische Herausforderungen gerne praktisch löst, Anlagen kontinuierlich verbesserst und dein Team mit deiner Erfahrung unterstützt, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben:

· Fachliche Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung sowie aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft

· Planung, Steuerung, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Reparaturarbeiten (Schwerpunkt präventive Instandhaltung)

· Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit unserer Produktions- und Montageanlagen

· Analyse von Störungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Maschinenverfügbarkeit

· Mitwirkung bei Investitionsplanung sowie Kostenkontrolle im Instandhaltungsbereich

· Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung, AV sowie externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten

· Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorgaben

· Unterstützung der Produktion bei Maschinenprogrammierung (CAM) und technischen Optimierungen

Dein Profil:

· Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung

· Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen

· Hands-on-Mentalität mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein

· Organisationstalent und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung technischer Prozesse

· Entscheidungsstark, lösungsorientiert und teamfähig

· Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Maschinenprogrammierung (CAM)

· Brandschutzbeauftragten-Ausbildung von Vorteil oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren

Du arbeitest in einer Dauerfrühschicht von Mo - Do. 06:00 - 14:30 Uhr; Fr. 06:00 - 13:00 Uhr wodurch du deinen Nachmittag flexibel gestalten kannst (anlassbezogene Einsätze außerhalb der Kernarbeitszeit können gelegentlich erforderlich sein, werden aber im Vorfeld abgestimmt)

Wir bieten ein markt- und leistungsgerechtes Einkommen abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung, welches wir im Zuge der Bewerbungsgespräche gemeinsam festlegen. Das im Kollektivvertrag gesetzlich vorgeschrieben Brutto-Entgelt beträgt € 2.795,58 / Monat. Überzahlung je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
