The posting

Bij een producent van duurzame houtproducten in Arnhem werk je aan de instrumentatie en besturing van een chemisch productieproces. Als Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer ben je binnen het Site Engineering Team verantwoordelijk voor I&C-engineering in projecten, verbetertrajecten en Management of Change. Je combineert kennis van veldinstrumentatie, ABB DCS en Siemens S7 met aandacht voor procesveiligheid, betrouwbare besturingen en onderhoudbaarheid. Je dagelijkse werk loopt van specificaties en componentselectie tot veldinspecties, loop checks en commissioning. Je stemt technische keuzes af met Operations, Maintenance, leveranciers en andere engineeringdisciplines en neemt waar nodig de inhoudelijke leiding. Bij storingen onderzoek je de oorzaak en vertaal je bevindingen naar structurele verbeteringen. Ook zorg je dat schema’s en as-built documentatie aansluiten op de installatie. Via trainingen en conferenties houd je je vakkennis actueel; incidenteel reis je naar andere productielocaties. Functie-inhoud - Uitvoeren en coördineren van I&C-engineering voor projecten, verbetertrajecten en MOC’s - Opstellen en controleren van specificaties, schema’s, detailtekeningen en as-built documentatie - Selecteren van instrumentatie en besturingscomponenten en technisch beoordelen van leveranciers - Ondersteunen van wijzigingen aan ABB DCS en industriële automatiseringssystemen - Toezien op montage, punchlists, loop checks, acceptatietests, commissioning en opstart - Oplossen van technische storingen en adviseren van Operations en Maintenance over onderhoudsstrategieën - Bewaken van veiligheid, technische kwaliteit en projectbudgetten binnen je discipline Functie-eisen - Bachelor Elektrotechniek, Control Engineering of gelijkwaardig - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met automatiseringsprojecten, met relevante ervaring in de chemische of procesindustrie - Diepgaande kennis van ABB DCS en Siemens S7/TIA Portal; Emerson DCS is een pré - Kennis van ATEX, IEC 60079 en functione.
