Functie

Als Senior Internal Sales ben jij de spil van het Internal Sales-team. Je combineert je eigen commerciële successen met een coördinerende en coachende rol op de afdeling.

  • Je beheert met passie je eigen klantenportefeuille en jaagt proactief op nieuwe verkoopkansen.
  • Je neemt natuurlijk eigenaarschap en coördineert de dagelijkse activiteiten binnen het Internal Sales-team.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en daagt je collega's constructief uit om samen de commerciële targets te behalen.
  • Je volgt opportuniteiten onvermoeibaar op en bouwt sterke langetermijnrelaties op met klanten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Customer Service-afdeling en bezoekt klanten wanneer dat nodig is.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma (bijv. Bedrijfsmanagement, Sales, Engineering) en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol (Internal Sales, Customer Service, Service Sales) binnen een technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het coördineren, coachen of begeleiden van collega's.
  • Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht, organisatorisch sterk en communicatief ijzersterk.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen, SAP of Power BI is een groot pluspunt.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (essentieel om het kantoor in het havengebied te bereiken) en bent bereid om 5 dagen per week vanuit het kantoor in Antwerpen te werken.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldige werkvergunning om in België te werken.
