We zijn een uitvoeringsorganisatie die voor diverse opdrachtgevers werkzaamheden uitvoert. Binnen het cluster Juridische Zaken (JZ) hebben we te maken met wet- en regelgeving behorende bij de werkprocessen VOG, VOG RP, VOG politiegegevens, GVA, BOA, Wwm, Owm, jachtakte, Wpbr, Wki, Naamswijziging, Gratie, TRACK, GSR en Bibob. De juridisch adviseur die wij zoeken heeft gedegen ervaring in het bestuursrecht. De focus van het werk ligt op procesvertegenwoordiging voor diverse werkprocessen en eventueel daaruit volgende juridische advisering aan primaire afdelingen. Het is een brede inhoudelijke baan. Het takenpakket ziet op de volgende werkzaamheden die worden opgepakt binnen het cluster JZ: - Procesvertegenwoordiging - werkproces (hoger) beroep en voorlopige voorzieningen - Advisering over juridische aspecten uitkomsten beroepszaken aan MT/ productieafdelingen Eisen - De aangeboden kandidaat heeft minimaal een afgeronde WO opleiding; - De aangeboden kandidaat heeft minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met procesvertegenwoordiging. Wensen - De aangeboden kandidaat heeft 5 of meer jaren werkervaring als jurist binnen een uitvoeringsorganisatie. - De aangeboden kandidaat heeft 24 maanden ervaring als procesvertegenwoordiger voor zaken welke dienen bij de Raad van State of een ander Hoger Rechtscollege (CBB, CRvB).
