USG Legal Interim Senior Jurist Bestuursrecht Job Location Rotterdam , Netherlands Job Description Over de functie Als senior jurist bestuursrecht werk je aan juridische vraagstukken die een directe impact hebben op de publieke sector. Je adviseert over complexe wetgevingsveranderingen en vertaalt juridische en technische materie naar praktische oplossingen. Met jouw kennis van bestuursrecht en ervaring met de Omgevingswet draag je bij aan het verbeteren van interne processen en het oplossen van juridische uitdagingen. Samenwerking met diverse stakeholders en het analyseren van processen zijn belangrijke onderdelen van je werk. Wat je gaat doen: Adviseren: over veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving en de impact hiervan op bestaande processen. Behandelen: van handhavingszaken en juridische procedures, zoals bezwaar en beroep. Analyseren: en verbeteren van interne processen binnen de organisatie. Samenwerken: met verschillende afdelingen en externe partijen om juridische vraagstukken op te lossen. Vertalen: van complexe juridische materie naar heldere en toepasbare oplossingen. Over het bedrijf Vanuit een dienstverband bij USG Legal kom je te werken bij verschillende opdrachtgevers binnen de Rijksoverheid. USG Legal biedt juridische detachering met opdrachtgevers door heel Nederland. Denk hierbij aan opdrachtevers zoals ministeries, uitvoeringsorganisaties, gemeenten en provincies. Functie eisen Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen bestuursrecht en bezwaarzaken. Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Nederlands recht of civiel effect. Ervaring bij een toezichthouder of overheidsorganisatie. Vaardig in het analyseren en verbeteren van interne processen. Wat we je bieden Salaris tussen €4700 en €7000 per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Tijdelijk contract. Minimaal 32 uur per week, met mogelijkheden voor flexibel werken.
