Vacant.nl - Senior jurist bestuursrecht B Senior jurist bestuursrecht Brunel - The Hague - Brunel - 27 september 2026 Functieomschrijving Over deze functie Als Senior Jurist Bestuursrecht werk je via Brunel bij verschillende overheidsorganisaties en neem je zelfstandig de regie over inhoudelijk zware bestuursrechtelijke dossiers. Je toetst juridische adviezen en besluiten, adviseert management en bestuur over juridische risico's en bepaalt welke juridische aanpak passend is. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de kwaliteit van de juridische uitvoering en begeleid je minder ervaren collega's bij hun dossierbehandeling. - Behandelen van zwaardere bezwaarzaken en bepalen van de juridische lijn. - Opstellen en toetsen van juridische adviezen en besluiten. - Adviseren van management en bestuur over bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken en juridische risico's. - Signaleren van relevante ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en vertalen naar gevolgen voor dossiers en werkwijze. - Begeleiden en coachen van junior en medior juristen bij juridische beoordeling en dossieraanpak. - Verbeteren van juridische processen en bewaken van de kwaliteit van besluitvorming. Over jou - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Nederlands Recht. - Minimaal 6 jaar relevante ervaring binnen het bestuursrecht, bijvoorbeeld bij een ministerie, gemeente of uitvoeringsorganisatie. - Ruime ervaring met bezwaarzaken en het opstellen of toetsen van bestuursrechtelijke besluiten. - Ervaring met advisering op senior niveau en het begeleiden van collega-juristen. - Je bent woonachtig in Nederland en spreekt en schrijft de Nederlandse taal vloeiend.
