In der Rolle als Senior Key Account Manager:in übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Vertriebsrolle indem Sie ein starkes Kundenportfolio entwickeln und betreuen, strategische Projekte mit unseren Key Accounts steuern und aktiv zum Wachstum und zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots beitragen.

Gestalten Sie mit uns die Zukunft der Werbevermarktung - digital, datenbasiert und kund:innenzentriert. 1 SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER:IN (W/M/X) DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS:

* Die Entwicklung und Betreuung unserer wichtigsten Kund:innen ist Ihre Hauptaufgabe.

* Sie steuern die gesamte Kundenbeziehung von Anfang an - von der Bedarfserhebung über Angebotslegung, Vertragsverhandlung bis zur Umsetzung und Erfolgskontrolle.

* Dafür bauen Sie strategische Partnerschaften auf und entwickeln individuelle Vermarktungsstrategien über unsere digitalen und klassischen Kanäle.

* Sie analysieren Markttrends, Wettbewerber:innen und Kundenbedürfnisse, um zielgerichtete Lösungen und Upselling-Potenziale zu identifizieren.

* Die Konzeption und Präsentation maßgeschneiderter Werbe- und Kommunikationslösungen (digital, Print, kombiniert) gemeinsam mit unserem Produkt- und Marketingteam gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.

* Ihre Impulse für neue Produkte und Services unterstützen aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios.

* Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen wie Produktentwicklung, Redaktion, Marketing und Customer Success zusammen.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise im digitalen Medienumfeld, Anzeigenverkauf oder in der Immobilien- bzw. Werbebranche.

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Top-Entscheidungsträger:innen sowie ein sicherer, beratender Auftritt auf C-Level.

* Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Eigenverantwortung, strategisches Denken und ein starker Vertriebsfokus aus.

* Ihre kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, überzeugt unsere Kund:innen mit Präsentationsgeschick und einem guten Gespür für digitale Produkte und Kund:innen Wünsche.

DAS BIETEN WIR IHNEN:

Wir bieten für diese Position ein Bruttojahresgehalt in Höhe von rund € 49.000,-- (Vollzeit) excl. Prämien. Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und einschlägigen Erfahrung festgelegt. Eine Weiterentwicklung in dieser Position ist möglich.
