Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een ervaren kredietrisicomanager en heb je graag impact op strategische beslissingen? Werk je graag onafhankelijk, denk je kritisch en ben je klaar om echt een sleutelrol spelen in het versterken van het risicobeheer binnen een bank die durft? Dan is dit een unieke kans!

Als Senior kredietrisicomanager ontwikkel en bewaak je een robuust kredietrisicokader. Vanuit de onafhankelijke 2e lijn challenge je kredietbeleid actief en ondersteun je de organisatie bij het nemen van gefundeerde kredietbeslissingen. Samen met het risk management-team bouw je aan een toekomstgerichte en impactvolle risicofunctie, met focus op de meest materiële risico's.

Kredietrisicobeleid en kaders

  • opstellen en actualiseren van kredietrisicobeleid en richtlijnen
  • definiëren en challengen van risk appetite en limieten
  • vertalen van regelgeving naar pragmatische interne kaders
  • waken over de consistentie tussen strategie en risicobeheer

Onafhankelijke challenge en toezicht

  • deelname aan kredietcomités
  • challengen van complexe en materiële kredietdossiers
  • toetsen van kredietbeslissingen aan beleid en limieten
  • formuleren van onderbouwde risicoadviezen

Monitoring en rapportering

  • opvolgen van krediet-KPI's en risico-indicatoren
  • monitoren van de kredietportefeuille en trends
  • rapporteren aan management en comité's
  • signaleren van emerging risico's

Risicoanalyse en deep dives

  • uitvoeren van thematische analyses
  • analyse van non-performing exposures (NPE)
  • meewerken aan stresstesten en scenario-analyses
  • identificeren en duiden van structurele risico's

Governance en integratie

  • bijdragen aan ICAAP en strategische risicoprocessen
  • integreren van risico in projecten (risk by design)
  • fungeren als sparringpartner voor senior stakeholders
  • samenwerken met de 1ste en 3e lijn

Opvolging en escalatie

  • opvolgen van actieplannen en aanbevelingen
  • escaleren van materiële risico's
  • bewaken van implementatie van maatregelen
  • master diploma richting economie, financiën, handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig
  • minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in kredietrisico
  • sterke kennis van kredietrisico en regelgeving
  • sterk communicatief in Nederlands en Engels, basiskennis Frans
  • analytisch en kritisch
  • pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht
  • hoge integriteit
