Vacature Introductie - Bouw mee aan Prodin 2.0Prodin is een snelgroeiende softwareleverancier gespecialiseerd in ERP-oplossingen voor handels- en productiebedrijven in het MKB. Na jaren van stabiele groei staan we op een kantelpunt: klanten worden groter, projecten complexer en de behoefte aan structuur, kwaliteit en voorspelbaarheid neemt snel toe. Daarom bouwen we aan Prodin 2.0; een toekomstbestendige organisatie met professionele processen, duidelijk eigenaarschap en een volwassen delivery structuur. Voor deze nieuwe fase zoeken we versterking in ons consultancy team. Wij zoeken een Senior / Lead Consultant die inhoudelijk sterk is in ERP en logistieke processen, én die het leuk vindt om collega's verder te ontwikkelen, onze werkwijze naar een hoger niveau te brengen en actief bij te dragen aan een organisatie in transitie. Als Senior Consultant ben jij het inhoudelijke ankerpunt binnen ons consultancyteam. Je pakt zelfstandig projecten op bij middelgrote én grotere klanten, bewaakt de kwaliteit van implementaties en ondersteunt consultants in hun dagelijkse werk. Je werkt intensief samen met onze nieuwe Senior Product Owner (SPO) om de processen rondom FO's, planning, refinement en oplevering te verbeteren. Je vormt de brug tussen klant, consultant en development - zonder het werk van anderen over te nemen. Dit is een rol voor iemand die: ● impact wil maken op klanten én op Prodin zelf;● junioren en mediors beter wil maken;● analytisch sterk is en rust brengt in complexe situaties;● eigenaarschap toont en denkt in oplossingen;● zich thuis voelt in een organisatie die sterk in beweging is.
