Als Senior (Lead) Front-end Developer speel jij een belangrijke rol in de technische richting van onze front-end oplossingen. Je combineert jouw senioriteit met een coachende en richtinggevende rol binnen het team en helpt mee om onze front-end volwassenheid verder te ontwikkelen. Als senior front-end developer combineer je diepgaande technische expertise met een coachende en richtinggevende rol. Je overziet het grotere geheel, maar werkt ook actief mee in het team. - Je draagt bij aan de front-end visie, architectuur en standaarden en helpt deze te bewaken binnen en tussen teams - Je maakt en adviseert over keuzes in technologie, tooling en front-end architectuur - Je begeleidt en coacht andere front-end developers en bent hun inhoudelijke sparringpartner - Je werkt nauw samen met architecten en stakeholders en weet ideeën goed over te brengen en draagvlak te creëren - Je initieert en ondersteunt technologische vernieuwingen, waaronder de inzet van AI in het ontwikkelproces - Je blijft hands-on betrokken bij het bouwen van (complexe) front-end oplossingen en levert zelf een actieve bijdrage aan de codebase Met wie ga je werken?
