We helpen organisaties wereldwijd om mensen relevant te houden in een snel veranderende wereld, door leiderschap, talentontwikkeling en power skills centraal te zetten. Met meer dan 900 facilitators en coaches leveren we jaarlijks leerprogramma's aan ruim 50.000 deelnemers. Om onze klanten te ondersteunen bij het realiseren van effectieve en aansprekende leeroplossingen, zoeken wij een Senior Learning & Development Consultant. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior L&D Consultant speel je een cruciale rol in het vertalen van ontwikkelvragen van klanten naar concrete leeroplossingen. Je adviseert klanten, ontwerpt programma's en schrijft sterke voorstellen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega-consultants, facilitators en sales. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat ideeën ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. - Je analyseert leer- en ontwikkelvragen en vertaalt deze naar praktische leerprogramma's en interventies. - Je adviseert L&D- en HR-professionals en leidinggevenden over passende leeroplossingen. - Je ontwerpt programma's, workshops en leerreizen en werkt deze uit tot een heldere aanpak. - Je leidt meerdere klantprojecten tegelijk en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, budget en voortgang. - Je schrijft winnende voorstellen en pitcht deze bij klanten en prospects. - Je onderhoudt klantrelaties, signaleert vervolgvragen en werkt samen met sales aan passende oplossingen. - Je begeleidt co-creatie sessies om tot een ...
