Dan is deze vacature als Senior Magazijnmedewerker in Eindhoven precies wat je zoekt. In deze rol ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het warehouse en zorg je ervoor dat goederenstromen efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning verlopen. Je werkt binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en continu verbeteren centraal staan Als Senior Magazijnmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen de outbound-afdeling van het warehouse. Je combineert uitvoerende werkzaamheden met een coördinerende rol en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's op de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat orders correct worden verwerkt en verzonden, houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden en ondersteunt bij het oplossen van operationele vraagstukken. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen en draag je bij aan een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren van logistieke processen binnen het magazijn. - Ondersteunen en begeleiden van collega's tijdens de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Verzamelen, controleren en verzendklaar maken van orders. - Uitvoeren van expeditie- en luchtvrachtwerkzaamheden. - Voorbereiden en vrijgeven van productieorders. - Uitvoeren van voorraadcontroles en cycle counts. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en aandragen van verbetervoorstellen. - Bewaken van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen. - Zorgen voor een nette en georganiseerde werkplek volgens de 5S-methodiek Wat wij jou b...
