Senior maintenance consultant 32 - 40 uur Halfweg Onze infrastructuur houdt Nederland in beweging, droog en verbonden. Maar achter deze infrastructurele objecten gaan assets schuil die soms al decennialang meegaan. Bij Amstelland Ingenieurs zet jij je als senior maintenance consultant in om deze assets toekomstbestendig te beheren, met slimme strategieën, technisch inzicht en een lange termijnvisie. Senior maintenance consultant, Halfweg Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan vraagstukken waar vaak geen standaardaanpak voor bestaat. Denk aan onderhoudsvraagstukken rond tunnels, renovatieprojecten zoals de renovatie van het Krammersluizencomplex en de Afsluitdijk , of het ontwikkelen van onderhoudsconcepten voor opdrachtgevers zoals Rijkswaterstaat, gemeenten, provincies of direct voor aannemers. Met trots kunnen we zeggen dat we regelmatig worden teruggevraagd voor projecten vanwege de hoge kwaliteit van het werk dat we leveren. Hoe je dat voor elkaar krijgt? Door analyses en data te vertalen naar onderhoudsstrategieën die niet alleen op papier kloppen, maar ook werken voor de mensen die ze uitvoeren. In de praktijk betekent dit dat je: - beoordeelt hoe onderhoud het best kan worden ingericht - risico's en prestaties van installaties en systemen analyseert - opdrachtgevers adviseert over onderhoud en asset management - projecten coördineert en stakeholders actief informeert en op de hoogte houdt - junior en medior engineers begeleidt bij projecten en bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van kennis binnen het team Bij Amstelland werken we vanuit een simpele volgorde: mens, klant, rendement.
