In deze senior rol werk je aan moderne productieprocessen, neem je het technische voortouw en draag je zichtbaar bij aan een betrouwbare en efficiënte productieomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de analyse en de optimalisatie van technische installaties binnen een complexe productieomgeving. Naast het oplossen van storingen denk je mee over structurele verbeteringen en neem je een coördinerende rol op je. Je deelt jouw kennis met collega's en bent een belangrijk technisch aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie van onze opdrachtgever. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan mechanische, elektrotechnische en geautomatiseerde installaties; - Uitvoeren en coördineren van preventief en correctief onderhoud; - Uitvoeren van root cause analyses en realiseren van structurele verbeteringen; - Doorvoeren van technische modificaties en bijdragen aan optimalisatieprojecten; - Coördineren van werkzaamheden en afstemmen met externe leveranciers; - Ondersteunen bij onderhouds- en investeringsprojecten, inclusief FAT- en SAT-activiteiten; - Bijhouden van onderhoudsgegevens en technische documentatie in het CMMS; - Werken volgens GMP-, SHE-, ARBO- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen; - Meedraaien in consignatiediensten en snel handelen bij storingen en calamiteiten.
