Wat ga je doen? ong> Als senior managementassistent ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de directeur, de organisatie en externe stakeholders. Je geeft regie aan de bestuurlijke, organisatorische en procesmatige ondersteuning, brengt structuur aan in complexe vraagstukken en helpt bij het stellen van prioriteiten. Je bereidt overleggen en besluitvorming zorgvuldig voor, bewaakt de voortgang van acties en zorgt dat afspraken worden gerealiseerd en geborgd. Door ontwikkelingen tijdig te signaleren, informatie te verbinden en proactief te handelen, draag je bij aan effectieve besluitvorming en een soepele uitvoering van organisatiebrede processen. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Je voert integraal agenda-, mailbox- en prioriteitenmanagement voor de directeur en bewaakt de samenhang tussen tijd, inhoud, bestuurlijke urgentie en besluitvorming; - Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare informatiepositie van de directeur door correspondentie, dossiers, besluiten en vertrouwelijke informatie zorgvuldig te beheren en toegankelijk te houden; - Je organiseert, coördineert en bereidt complexe overleggen inhoudelijk voor, verbindt relevante informatie en bewaakt de opvolging van besluiten, actiepunten en afspraken; - Je voert regie op complexe, strategische en domein overstijgende dossiers door voortgang, deadlines, verantwoordelijkheden, risico's, afhankelijkheden en besluitvorming actief te bewaken; - Je vertaalt bestuurlijke opdrachten en directiebesluiten naar concrete acties, planningen, verantwoordelijkheden en communicatie, en bewaakt de uitvoering en borging daarvan; - Je stelt conceptteksten (bestuursvoorstellen, beleidsdocumenten, managementcommunicatie) en rappo...
