In de rol van Senior Manager krijg je de kans om zowel mkb- als internationale klanten te ondersteunen en adviseren bij het oplossen van uitdagende bedrijfseconomische en bedrijfskundige vraagstukken. Wat ga je doen? - Beheer eigen klantenportefeuille en nauw samen met een ambitieus, toegewijd team - Het zijn van de huisadviseur voor onze klanten - Actief bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van onze praktijk, met een sterke focus op persoonlijke ontwikkeling, kwaliteit en groei van de praktijk - Gebruik van je vaktechnische kennis en commercieel inzicht om nieuwe klanten te acquireren en kansen voor advies te zien - Coachen van teamleden en onderhouden contacten met verschillende disciplines binnen Forvis Mazars - Speel een sleutelrol in de aansturing van de dagelijkse praktijk en zorg voor een efficiënt en kwalitatief hoogstaand verslaggevingsproces - Als toekomstig Senior Manager bij Forvis Mazars, speel je een leidende rol binnen het Accountancy & Advice team in Rotterdam. Met veel vrijheid in je werkzaamheden stuur je daarnaast samen met andere managers, directors en de partners het team aan. - Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Zij hechten veel waarde aan overleg om te bepalen welke rol het beste bij je past, met mogelijkheden op diverse gebieden.
